Your privacy is important! None of your information will be made public or sold.
Here is how and when your information is used:
- When you send a Reservation Request your name, city, state, country, calculated age and About You* will be sent to the Host along with any ratings, reviews or verifications generated from Hosts and Vendors you have visited.
- When a Verification Request is sent to a Vendor or Host, your name, birth date, address, city, state and country will be sent to them so they can check your photo ID and complete the verification.
- Your Email address is used by High Havens to relay requests and responses between you and the other members. After a Host accepts a Guest's Reservation Request their email addresses will be exchanged so they can communicate directly to complete the reservation. If a Host denies a Request or responds to a member's question no email addresses are exposed.
